Town Hall

Town Hall is the executive body of the municipal council and mayor, composed of employees of the town hall. The Town Hall has no legal personality. The internal organization of the town hall is regulated by the organizational rules approved by the municipal council. The town hall executes professional, administrative and organizational tasks related to fulfilling of the local government duties, in particular:

1.) ensures all the tasks arising from the administration of the municipality,
2.) provides a written agenda of all government bodies of the municipality,
3.) prepares technical documents and other documents for the meetings of the municipal council and the municipal council committees,
4.) prepares decrees issued by the mayor in an administrative proceedings, in tax and duty proceedings,
5.) assigns for the exercise of generally binding regulations of the municipality,
6.) technically and organizationally carries out tasks of state administration transferred to the local municipality.
